The property is indeed very well positioned at the heart of old Seville, we enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay and the mattresses and bedding were good quality and comfortable as were other features such as lighting and furnishings. The exterior belies the actual available living space as half the depth of the property is made up of a stairway and atrium and there are a lot of stairs. The other half is living space with a first floor living area and basic double bedroom, the second floor offers a lovely en suite double bedroom along with a basic twin bedroom and small bunkbed room (be aware the upper bunk mattress is thick and high so it reaches the very top of the safety rail, making it redundant and the top bunk unsuitable for sleeping)The kitchen is small with little natural light (the living area off it is spacious and has plenty). It is well stocked with cutlery and crockery and has most of what you'd need but you'll need to bring basics like salt, pepper, oil and any extras.A third floor ensuite bedroom has been created on the rooftop, this has a magnificent perspective and is open to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop room will be wonderful in summer but the floor and bathroom were pretty cold in November, so make sure you take up an extra duvet from the second floor wardrobe.Be aware you'll have to take all rubbish out of the property and will be fined if you don't, but disposal is only a street away. It's well appointed and very well positioned but not an Airbnb that's a home, it feels business like and efficient and that's how it's run - which you may like.

There were nine of us staying at the accommodation and we were generally satisfied. Communication was easy, as the team was available via WhatsApp at any time. They even helped us with questions we had before our arrival. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather; it rained for five days straight, but thanks to the great location, we were able to easily reach the sights even in the rain. The bedrooms are spread over three floors, which was actually great for us, as everyone could retreat themselves and enjoy the peace. Excellent value for the money!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the local attractions.
