This wonderful studio is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43' TV, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, ceramic hob and complete kitchenware. It has a large and comfortable bed with a light duvet. All the lingerie is 100% cotton. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board and all the cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet air conditioning cold-heat. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge.
If you travel by car, there is the possibility of leaving it in an underground parking, on request for 25 euros per day, at 'Plaza de la Concordia', just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Do not hesitate to contact us to make the reservation.

I stayed for a few days and found it compact but clean, pleasant and friendly staff. I had a few questions and these were answered quickly and the team were super helpful. Loved it and highly recommended.

Emplacement très commode. Rue tranquille. Appartement impeccable, moderne et à la déco agréable.On ne peut parler du personnel, système de clé à code et aucun contact autre que par messagerie.L'équipement électroménager est important (bouilloire, grille pain, mixer et même presse agrumes) mais il n'y a pas de prise de courant dans la cuisine ! Ou alors on ne les a pas trouvées, elle sont bien cachées. Le bruit de la porte d'entrée est pénible, comme souvent mentionné depuis des mois, apparemment rien n'est fait pour améliorer cela.

Everything was really good. As I said to tye host as well as on my review on Booking.com, I was expecting a balcony and not a ground floor because pics on booking.com doesn't really show that when tou book it but it has 4 windows and it was absolutely fine. I definitely recommend it.
