Typical corrala in the famous Triana neighborhood, in one of the most traditional streets, Calle Alfarería, with a multitude of ceramic factories. Just 240 meters from the Triana market, next to the famous Triana bridge, and the equally famous Betis street. Just by crossing the bridge, we are in the historic center.
The accommodation is located in an old courtyard, a typical Sevillian building. Dozens of flowerpots and a fountain dominate the courtyard, along with several seats where you can sit and read a book or simply listen to the running water.

The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including an electric boiler so you don't have to worry about hot water, hygiene products, and basic kitchen items such as salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt.

On the ground floor, there is a laundry area shared with the other guests. You can use the washing machine and dryer as often as you like, and we provide supplies so you don't have to buy them.

Located on the upper floor , it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom next to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay.

A 15-minute walk from all the tourist attractions in the historic center and 2 minutes from the famous San Jacinto Street. You can enjoy the essence of the Triana neighborhood without having to travel and enjoy the best views across the Isabel II Bridge.

La casa ha Estado perfecta cumpliendo todo lo que se no dijo y más. Si vuelvo a Sevilla me volvere a alojar en el mismo sitio si tengo posibilidad.

There was 6 of us staying in the apartment and all of us found the accommodation very good. The location was excellent. It is in a lovely street which was a nice walk over the bridge to the Old Town. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit in the living area, which was dripping, and the maintenance team came and sorted it at our convenience. Seville is an amazing city and our stay could not have been better. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

We verbleven met een vriendengroep in dit appartement en het was perfect! De locatie is top — op een paar stappen van de iconische Puente de Isabel II, waardoor je zo het centrum van Sevilla inloopt. Het appartement zelf was schoon, ruim en comfortabel, ideaal voor een groep. Wat vooral handig was: de digitale check-in via de telefoon. Iedereen had zijn eigen "sleutel" bij de hand, wat superpraktisch was. Kortom: een aanrader voor wie Sevilla wil ontdekken vanuit een levendige, authentieke wijk!

We were eight people staying here for a short period of two days but the apartment was cozy and comfortable. It's located close to the city centre and the neighbourhood of Triana is picturesque as well!

Departamento amplio y limpio y con “atenciones” que siempre se agradecen, más aún, cuando no se tenía considerado; con esto nos referimos al café que se tenía disponible. Cabe destacar que el departamento tiene ciertas observaciones con la pintura de pared del comedor y dormitorio principal. Finalmente, a diferencia de cuando la administración del departamento o apartamento es realizado por los mismos dueños, acá la administracion es realizada por una agencia de alquiler ( Hommyhome) y está establece que “cualquier desperfecto será descontado”; por ello se recomienda tomarse el tiempo y hacer un chequeo de todo lo que está en el departamento; en nuestro caso encontramos varias situaciones no declaradas por la misma agencia como por ejemplo losa incompleta, no existencia del 100% de los controles del sistema de calefacción, luces quemadas, automático eléctrico en corto circuito, daño en gabinete interior del refrigerador.
