You will find two bedrooms in this apartment, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In both rooms you will find a bathroom. Both fully equipped with shampoo and gel, towels, hairdryer... One of them with bathtub and the other, instead, with a large shower. In the kitchen you will find microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker... all newly installed and high quality. The living room, with a decor that will make you think you are at home, has a table to relax and eat with your friends or family, a very comfortable sofa and a desk where you can work or read if you need it. Equipped with a 43' high definition TV, some books, lamps, plants... all this will make you feel comfortable and safe. This apartment has cleaning products if necessary or also with the option to contact us and inform you of the conditions and offer you additional cleaning for you to enjoy, plus cot and high chair if you come with a baby!

appartement was zeer schoon en hygiënisch. Meubels waren modern en comfortabel. Badkamer was ruim en ook verzorgingsproducten waren voldoende aanwezig. Er is zelfs gedacht aan koekjes naast de thee en koffie. Geen last van de omgeving gehad, was lekker rustig. Geen geluidsoverlast. In de buurt een fijne ontbijt en lunchplek waar je lekker kon eten. Tevens op loopafstand heel veel restaurants waar je terecht kon en lekker kon eten.

Fantastic three day stay in Seville, the apartment is perfect for two couples. We had plenty of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and beds super comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped with washer dryer everything you needed was there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The apartment was spotless and comfortable and the building was quiet. Beds were very comfortable and having the washing machine was very helpful so we could wash clothes during our lengthy trip to Spain. The apartment was walking distance to most everything that we wanted to see, we only had to take a taxi once.

We stayed for 8 nights. The accommodation was clean, bright and well equipped. A cleaner came half way through to change towels etc which was a nice touch and unexpected. We didn’t have kitchen knives and these were provided the next day with no problem. I would happily stay again.
