Regionalist house built in 1925, attributed to the architect Aníbal González and considered an Asset of Cultural Interest. It consists of original architectural elements from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, such as the handmade glazed tiles and hydraulic flooring (traditional Sevillian ceramics) made by the ceramists Ramos Rejano and Mensaque; the mosaic of the Virgen del Perpetuo Socorro, the work of the ceramic factory Nuestra Señora de los Remedios by J. Laffitte; handmade and hand-painted plasterwork; wrought iron entrance gate, among others.

As for the decorative elements, an attempt is made to respect the taste of the old nobility with details such as the cabinet (wardrobe from 1920), mahogany mirrors or period lamps... All of them mixed with the comfort of today's decoration.
The house consists of 3 large bedrooms with comfortable double beds, with the possibility to use the sofa bed in the master bedroom. The most impressive thing about the house is its magnificent terrace with outdoor shower, perfect to enjoy the Sevillian climate and its spectacular views of the city center. Fantastic flat for a group, we were seven girls travelling for bachelorette party, the house is clean, with comfortable bedrooms, two large bathrooms and typical Seville decor.Communication with the owner was easy and check-in and check-out was smooth, I would recommend staying here for a trip to Seville!

Our stay in this home was magical. The tile and detail of the house was so unique, as well as how livable it was! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very user friendly. The location had us walking in any direction and finding all the best Seville had to offer. Without a doubt this is one of the best places to stay in beautiful Seville. We were treated by Hommyhome with such kindness and care. We highly recommend that you visit this extraordinary place.

La casa está magníficamente situada, en el centro de Sevilla y en una plaza encantadora. Nos llamó la atención la antigua decoración de azulejos, que crea un ambiente muy singular y sevillano. El mobiliario de época también contribuye al encanto del alojamiento. ¡¡Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la azotea por la intensa lluvia de esos días!! Creo que deberían reseñar que el único acceso a los dormitorios y baños es una escalera estrecha y empinada, para advertir a las personas con problemas de movilidad. Se agradecen las cápsulas de café y otros productos básicos que había en la cocina, así como la limpieza de toda la casa en general. El principal inconveniente fue dónde poner la ropa: los armarios son muy bonitos y crean ambiente pero sólo se puede colgar (muy poco) y faltan baldas o cajoneras para el resto de las cosas. Los baños muy cómodos, espaciosos y con un buen surtido de productos. A destacar la buena atención y facilidad de comunicación en todo momento con Hommyhome!!
